Just for context, this took place in the foyer of the Hume Cronyn Memorial Observatory during the 1979 General Assembly. The tv show being recorded was an episode of "Telescope," which ran on Rogers London Community channel. The single surviving episode of the program, on a 1981 visit to Vandenberg Air Force Base to see the shuttle launch facility under construction, can be seen here.
